I am considering getting my own selection of the Pentel Aquash Water brush. It basically consist of a water barrel and a nylon tip in the size of your liking, either fine, medium or broad. The barrel can be filled with any water-soluble medium like inks and paints, or you could just use plain water if you work with something like watercolour pencils. When you squeeze the barrel you control the amount of water or medium added and density of colour. I have to admit I’m intrigued :) It would be great for sketch work on the go, but what engages me the most is the idea of filling it with lovely blackness, also known as ink.
